Prices

All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate. Delivery charges are shown at checkout.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email confirmation of dispatch. We may decline orders where an item is unavailable or mispriced, refunding you in full.

Product appearance

Our pieces are handcrafted, so slight variations in colour, weave and embroidery are part of their character and not a fault.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
